Ultra-High Pressure Water Blasting Services

Ultra-High-Pressure (UHP) Water Blasting, also known as Hydro-Jetting, is a preferred means of conducting industrial surface preparation for metals and other hard surface structure due to its high rate of productivity and limited impact on the environment. UHP Water Blasting employs an incredibly high velocity concentrated water stream at pressures up to 40,000 PSI to strip away old paint and other industrial coatings for resurfacing.

This form of surface preparation is ideal for meeting today’s strict federal environmental standards for high hazard disposal of stripped materials that contribute to environmental pollutants. It is a highly effective and time-saving means to eliminate lead paint and other decayed coatings leaving the surface ready for immediate re-coating.

There are also a wide range of water blasting techniques, equipment and pressures available to fit the job required for stripping. Equipment available includes open lance guns, hand-held, and even robotic or automated components depending on the job requirement. Many of these systems work in conjunction with HEPA-filtered containment tanks to ensure there is no left-over toxic waste for efficient clean-up and time-savings for a project.

Why you should use UHP water blasting:

  • Dustless and odorless process

  • Ideal for indoor and outdoor projects

  • Surfaces dry immediately with no pooling of water

  • Rapidly opens surface pores

  • Vacuum recovery efficiently collects liquid and debris

  • Meets EPA/OSHA Air Clearance compliance test for abatement

  • Non-invasive process; for example, water blasting will not damage grocery store shelf inventory
